Two new tests added to ensure the good performance of the builder with GET XLS/DIRECT DATA/LOOKUPS/CONSTANT/SUBSCRIPT. These tests are necessary for a new pull request to the main pysd branch.

I will temporarily close this pull request as I have noticed that one test is not compatible with Python2, will reopen it with the new version.
