Remove ? from file #75

The inputs file of the GET models were written with '?' as I thought that was how Vensim read the relative path. However the '?' stands for indirect reference. Therefore, it should be removed from the original files.

This may cause the PySD tests crash, but it will be solved in a PR to PySD soon.
