Add request meta-data back to response #8

This PR returns the meta-data given in the request and also returns the language string

Also fix a bug for a missing hash initializer for meta_data variable in ConversationsController#update
Add meta_data in test fixtures and test presence of returned metadata values.

This fixes #4

You are right. See, that happens, if the tests don't include a "tts":"false" test case. Fixed now and also added a test fixture that tests exactly for that.
