When attempting to slide the scale from 0 on the tip percentage, the navigation menu is pulled over as well.

We are currently unsure if this is an issue with the sliding scale or the emulator. We do not have time to test the sliding scale on an actual android device to determine the cause of this issue and then fix it. So, this is being deferred due to time constraints.
