Running leakage analysis from Pycharm with zip will fail because docker is not open even when docker is open #26

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the docker engine
  2. Open pycharm with the plugin installed
  3. Run the analysis

What I noticed is that if you restart the docker engine or reconfigure it the error goes away

Closing since this has only happened once. Can reopen again if needed.
