Description: Develop the Login and Register Page for the Uni Forum Website. Functionality 1. Login login using username/email and password redirect button to register 2. Register register using email/ username/password redirect button to register

Just to be clear the login and register don't have to be functional yet. This issue is just doing the layout of the login and register page.
