Complete header functionality and link certain elements to according links. #37
Header component is currently missing a couple of functionalities (variable fields and displays for profile element) alongside an unconnected links to appropriate links. (communities page, new posts, profile, etc...) These functionalities should be completed for a properly functioning header component.
