Connect header with user authorization context and fix header bug.

Description

This PR connects header profile element so that it correctly displays appropriate labels and links to appropriate websites.

It also fixes the bug where a logo was missing in nested websites, such as links with address, "/posts/123", or "/hello/hi/wow".
