Description

In the Posts page, adds in the text filter capability for the search function
Also adds in upi and community filtering.
Also adds a link to the new post page from new post button.
Also adds based on search query text.

LGTM! The searching was also super fast which was great!

hahaha wait till we have like 10000 posts to search through xDDDD gonna need some debouncing later on :P
