Include calls not supported #34

using include provokes the following error:

Error in plugin 'gulp-jade2php' Message: the "filename" option is required to use "include" with "relative" paths

This has to be implemented within the compiler http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28038630/unable-to-include-relative-path-file-using-jade-template
