change report to add % conserved, % called #27

right now the report text for the "per start" part looks like this:

• Start number 7 is called in: Bing_Draft_2, Percent with start 7 called: 3.4%

Would be nice to also include how common start 7 is overall so something like this:

• Start number 7 is present in 22.7% of all genes, it is called in 3.4%. Thus it is called 22.7% of the time when present. Genes with start 7 called: Bing_Draft_2

tried first attempt, gene reports look like this:

Start 19: • Found in 9 of 30 ( 30.0% ) of genes in pham • Called 11.1% of time when present • Phage where called: Scap1_Draft_2,

first attempt at this was pushed to shaffer textupdatesnumtrack branch. Started using this code June 5 2017, comments being sought from SEAphages board.
