• [x] If my dataset is local, I have provided an output of the unit-tests in the PR (please copy paste). This is OPTIONAL for public datasets, as we can test these without access to the data files.

Hi @fhudi, apologies for not checking earlier on this one. May you separate the config changes vs the dataloader changes since I saw you're introducing new kwargs on common_parser used for reading CoNLL data? Thanks
