Some unresponsive URLs from `http://129.252.139.124/thredds/catalog_platforms.html`. #142

Most of SECOORA buoys are not found by a csw query in the NGDC catalog. So I am scrapping the thredds URL:

http://129.252.139.124/thredds/catalog_platforms.html

to get a list of SECOORA buoys OPeNDAP URLs that I can use in the notebooks. However, I found out that some of the URLs are not "healthy." For now I am skipping them, but I will keep this issue open to remind to fix this in the future.

@jcothran Any ideas of what might be happening to these bad URLs?

This issue went stale before it got an answer. This scrapper no longer works for the new changes in http://129.252.139.124/thredds/catalog_platforms.html
