Output an overall skill for table each run with all the model found.

Right now the outputs are:

R2
Low pass R2
Low pass, dt = 3 hours, R2
Mean Bias
Root Mean Squared

We also plot Taylor diagrams for each station and all models.

I plan to construct an overall Taylor diagram for each run. That might be misleading in some cases, but it will help to summarize the results in one figure. The users will have access to all the individual tables and graphs though.

Parts of these were already implemented in the latest version of the notebook.
