It would be nice to replace the Web Server component (which seems broken) with dynamic javascript that accesses data via ncWMS and SciWMS services. Is this something SECOORA is doing with their new portal?

I see there is a SECOORA Data Portal showing SABGOM results here: http://axiomdatascience.com/maps/secoora/#map?lg=2660df19-5447-467b-b8c3-f62b01365342&p=proj3857&b=google_hybrid but the data ends in January 2015.

Rich, the answer to your earlier comment is Yes and work is in progress to make it current as to the SABGOM results and other model results.
