This is needed for:

referencing env. variables
keeping some data private
allowing for executable config without bulky github actions deployments

Initially working. Lost most styling/Jupyterbook config so raw html (and ugly) but seems to be on the right path.

Github has some auto-config setup around Jekyll, so manually manipulation can be hard. Best solution seems to be the ghp-deploy which has proven successful with some extra steps.
