Automatic releases no longer working #112

As can be seen at https://github.com/SED-ML/KiSAO/actions/runs/5072402411/jobs/9110077434 , most of the github actions for releasing KiSAO are no longer working, because the systems they relied on have changed (i.e. github reports 'terminal prompts disabled'). If anyone with more experience with github actions than I could take a look at this (@jonrkarr , if you have time?) that'd be great.

Releases can also be done manually.

As an update: releasing to Pypy is working (https://github.com/SED-ML/KiSAO/actions/runs/8286695213/job/22677472142 ) but updating the documentation and releasing on github is still not working.
