In general, we use 'reference' instead of 'ref' in SED-ML. But this is a slightly larger change; putting it in its own branch just in case.

i just figured that i just merge anything right now, so we make l1v4 official. since the JIB submission is it now official?

If I can submit the fixed version to JIB, then yes, it'll be official. I don't see why I wouldn't be able to do that, though perhaps it'd be a good idea to email Falk.
