Check the XML schema for L1V4 #31

Check that the XML schema is up to date and containing all data related definitions.

The current schema is invalid and has to be updated.

could not read it in eclipse (XSD)
nor convert it via JAXB

Frank added the missing format attribute to the schema, so this is good to go for L1V3. But for the next release we have to check if everything is correct with the XSD file and update it accordingly.

https://github.com/SED-ML/sed-ml/commit/8f028c81920f2bc07680342d1daaf56ee456d996 updates the schema to L1v4 as closely as I could get. I don't have any way of testing this myself (other than formatting of the schema itself), so if anyone has a way to check this against L1v4 documents, that'd be great.
