Update section CSV for data #41

Necessary to update the csv section in data

I already added an example for reading csv to the examples (reading-data-csv.omex).

I updated the information on the CSV format via https://github.com/SED-ML/sed-ml/commit/595f21a885016260c7be113debb5bcc20e92e499 This is now in the latest draft.
