Contains all code for the evaluation and validation of the CCIC retrievals.

~Changed base from main to analyses~

I'm hesitant whether to merge to main or to analyses. Following #45, the notebooks should be merged into analyses, however, I think the contributions to the ccic library should be directed to main.

I'll accept the merge into main, but let's try to preserve the branch-hierarchy, so that later we can squash all notebook commits into one and avoid cluttering the git log.
