Meter screen shows intervals for meters that are "unselected" #2683

Describe the bug If meter data is imported that has multiple meters, the program displays the interval (with blank data) for the meters that are "unselected"

Expected Behavior Only see the intervals for the meters selected

Actual Behavior See steps to reproduce below

@macintoshpie / @adrian-lara / @axelstudios / @nllong -- I think this needs to have a higher priority than 3, possibly up to priority = 1, because users that are doing BETTER analysis are going to need to be able to correctly see the data. On a user call today, I had forgotten this was a bug and we were completely confused by what we were seeing when we just selected one of the meters, and it took me awhile to remember that this was a bug.

I don't see this behavior anymore, even though it appears that nothing was changed.
