Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is not currently a way to directly associate a BETTER building analysis with a Portfolio Manager record from the Property record

Describe the solution you'd like In any view of the Analysis (from Org/Analyses or other), add in the PM Property ID as a link so clicking on it will take you back to the Property Detail view image

This would apply to analyses that were portofolios also image

Describe alternatives you've considered n/a

Additional context n/a

As a note, I think what we'd really want here is for the Property address to become a hyperlink to the property detail page. Not all properties have PM property id

RDmitchell commented 3 years ago

But some properties have identical addresses, at least in the JCC data.

It seems like the link should be to the unique ID field (matching field) based on the data imported. ESPM is generally the PM Property ID.

What is it for a BuildingSync file that is imported?

Ah great point @RDmitchell , maybe we use the organization's display field preferences? So then they can choose which column to use to identify a property.

Yes I was thinking the same thing. I think that is a good solution. Thx !

Note: let's hold off on solving this until #2841 and #2846 are resolved b/c they might change this page's appearance.

Clicking on whatever is displayed in the "Property" field will now take you to the property page. It shouldn't matter what is selected to display at the moment.
