Showing Units on the Column Setting Page? #3301

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

See ticket: https://github.com/SEED-platform/seed/issues/3174 Columns that have a hard coded unit show the unit in the name, such as "BETTER Potential GHG Emissions Reduction (MtCO2e)". Columns that are PINT aware have dynamic units, but do not display them anywhere, such as "Total GHG Emissions".

Should we add units somewhere for PINT aware columns?

Describe alternatives you've considered

The default units could be a new column, or they could be added to the column name like they are with static unit columns.

@Ryoken -- either solutions seems fine. But I do think we somehow need to add units.
