Update Data View to Custom Reports in the codebase #3501

Has been updated on the frontend but not the backend

@anchapin can you verify if this is still relevant and close it if not? Maybe just updating the ticket text would be helpful

@isalanglois this is still relevant. What exactly is unclear about the ticket text? Basically we started out calling custom reports "data views" in both the front end and back end. Then we decided to change the name to "custom reports" but have only made that change on the front end so far.
