Mapping for PM fields from PM web services #359

During the next few weeks PSD (SEED Team developer) will be adding the functionality to download and import a Portfolio Manager csv file via the PM API web services connection.

And of course the PM field names for the web services connection are different than from the Custom Reporting Template that users download and import into SEED by hand right now, which we have set up a mapping table for.

Rich and I are proposing that the PM webservices field names, with their mapping, get added to the existing PM mapping file.
