Property Insights: Update Labels -- what is the functionality? #4101

I am not sure what the Update Labels functionality is designed to do.

What I was hoping it would do would be to automatically assign some sort of "Compliant" label to the compliant records and a "Non-Compliant" label to the non-compliant records, but instead it allowed me to add a label, which then was applied to all the records.

I am not sure when a user would want to do this. Was there a specific use case this was implemented for that I don't know about?

In thinking about this, it seems like a user might want to have a label added that included the "Program" name, and then compliant or not ... ???

So an automated label something like "EUI Comparison - Compliant" and "EUI Comparison - Non-Compliant" for my particular example .. ??

This does seem complicated to implement, but again, I am not sure what the use case is for the current implementation, which is to apply the same label to all the records in the Program.
