Add "Edit Protection" for fields, similar to "Merge Protection" #4114

Instance: production SHA: de3b9d486 Org: BPS Test - Robin

It seems like we might want to have an option in Column Settings for "Edit ProtectIon", like we have for "Merge Protection" that would prevent a user from editing a field that shouldn't be edited.

For example, in this test org, I was able to edit the "PM Property ID" field, which is a matching field.

I changed it to this image

And when I did that, I got this message image

When I changed it back to not have the "xxxx", then I got this message image

So I definitely messed things up by being able to edit the matching field.

I can see that sometimes you might need to edit that field, but if most of the time you don't want it to be edited, it would be nice to have the option to protect it.
