BETTER: Need a way to pre-determine which properties will generate results before running BETTER

I think it would be useful to pre-determine (somehow) which properties will have a high probability of success when running BETTER.

Maybe this is something to add to the Data Quality checks (??)

The criteria is something like this:

• 12 months of consecutive data for at least one year. More is fine as it seems BETTER can use a meter data range that includes 5 years of good data -- it might just be looking at the more current year, not sure.
• Check to make sure that in all the valid 12 months of data, there are no months with a value of "0"
• Check to make sure the Property Type meets the criteria of what types can be used in BETTER -- need to somehow determine that there are enough good records for any non-BETTER approved property to do a Portfolio Analysis (?? this seems a bit more complicated, but would be incredibly useful -- otherwise, the user has to look at every property's meters individually).

Then add labels to the records

• Validated for BETTER for individual analysis
• Validated for BETTER for portfolio analysis

Not sure about those labels, but it would be good to try to think this through and figure out a way to be as helpful to the user as possible.

Right now, it's very time consuming to figure out which properties will result in good BETTER results.
