Descriptive page titles #4269

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Every SEED page has the title "SEED Platform(tm)". When you have many SEED tabs open, your browser shows the same title repeated in every tab. When you've been browsing in SEED for a while, your history and your back button drop-down list shows the same title over and over. It makes it difficult to navigate back to a page you previously viewed.

Describe the solution you'd like

Each SEED page should have a short descriptive title. Inventory pages could include the building name or Address Line 1.

None.
