"Portfolio Manager Defaults" mapping effectively doesn't work. Reported by Alex.

Yes, I never use the default ESPM profile.

Partly because ESPM has changed field names over time, and partly because it was never set up properly in the first place.

I can potentially help figure out what the default mapping should be.
