Summary Page Table - add 'enable for custom reports' functionality #4398

Enhancement the summary page functionality to add a column with a checkbox. Column can be named "Enable for Custom Reports". Checking this checkbox will allow the column to be selectable in the x-axis and y-axis dropdowns on the custom reports page.
