@nllong / @axelstudios -- can't the current SEED API be used to do this?
@RDmitchell I spoke with @nllong and @axelstudios about this. We are close, but this task is not complete
It is also to be a public RSS feed, so no authentication...

Request from Chula Vista, CA:
"Indeed, the ability to expose certain fields to a public XML feed (or RSS or JSON or even CSV), would be a huge win for our use case where there is some public reporting of data tied to our ordinance.
From an admin standpoint, it would be nice to be able to select certain data points from our benchmarked data to be publicly accessible. For us, that includes UBID, Energy Star Score, Site EUI, GHG emissions, and basic property info like square footage and street address.
We would also need to be able to pull benchmark data year over year for each UBID to generate some nice graphs and charts. So I imagine a feed would have nested values something like this:
UBID
-2017 Benchmark
--Energy Star Score
--EUI
--GHG
--Etc.
-2018 Benchmark
--Energy Star Score
--EUI
--GHG
--Etc.
-2019 Benchmark...."
