Describe the bug
Hovering the mouse over a column on the Inventory List page displays a tooltip of the column name - if the right-most column is partially offscreen and the user hovers over that column the displayed tooltip may not even be visible but it increase the height and width of the page, causing new vertical and horizontal scrollbars to appear
Expected Behavior
Displaying column tooltips should not increase the size of the page

Steps to Reproduce
Resize the browser window such that a column appears at the right-most edge
