Add Audit Cycle to BuildingSync export #4649

review buildingsync import/export to map a "audit cycle" field

  1. this field should be in the Buildingsync schema - find the mapping
  2. do we need to make audit cycle a canonical field for this to work?

-this will support pushing data from SEED to AT
