What's this PR do?

Adds messaging to the save button tooltip to help explain why the button may be disabled for column mapping profile changes.

How should this be manually tested?

View the column mappings page and make changes to extant profiles

Thanks, Ross. Included the simplified errors, and I have added ghg and ghg_i to the danger class check.
