When updating a a ubid_model's preferred field from false to true for a property with multiple ubids, the preferred ubid should be processed last, otherwise the state's ubid be will be overwritten to None

view the inventory ubids tab for a property with multiple ubids. Click the pencil icon and change the preferred field from false to true.
