Check the folder_structure branch for reference

data folder consists of input and output directory for your methods input/output data
Method Folder will contain python scripts .py and additional files as per Replication Packages.

the structure looks good to me. Can u help to create a readme template from seedpoisoner? and also How to contribute (with a bit customization for seedconsistencychecker, i will invite some authors to contribute seedconsistencychecker)
