Form for cataloging resources #22

We require a form for fellows in the SEEKCommons project to report the metadata of the resources they have to share in the Resource Hub.

Context: perhaps the Resource Hub will include on the order of 100 resources which fellows wish to share. We need metadata for these resources collected into a dataset. We will share that dataset in multiple publishing channels, including in Wikidata, our Jupyter Notebook, as an independent dataset, and possibly in other forms.

Things to keep in mind / add to the form:

  1. Type of Resource I. Add the identity of the Wikipedia entity next to the resources; be sure that they match.
  2. Type of Resource II. The form should only allow one option for the type of resources (confirm that the form is not multiple-choice).
  3. Authors should be identified using OrcID (to be discussed: what happens with community participants or people w/o OrcID).
  4. Please keep in mind while communicating with fellows that this will be an ongoing process and that we will reach out for further information later down the road.
