Remove Ascendency metrics from enaFlow #226

I am undoing a change I made previously for the development version. I am removing the ascendancy metrics from the enaFlow function. While these are technically metrics describing their flow structure, they are also qualitatively different from the rest of the Input-Output Analysis methods in the enaFlow function. Thus, I am pulling this apart again for user clarity.
