2.1 The system shall load videos in under 10 seconds
2.2 The system shall support over 100 users accessing the site at one time
2.3 The system shall use a navigation bar
2.4 The system shall use instructions on how to play the videos
2.5 The system shall group videos by category
2.6 The system shall use a video play that have forward and rewind videos
2.7 The system shall allow admins to upload new videos
