Move the drawer to the right on desktop #96

As discussed in chat. Desktop devices (responsively detected by landscape, not user-agent) should have the drawer display on the right. The handle would be weird there on desktop, so it can be removed for both desktop and mobile. The rounding should still be towards the center of the page.

Obsolete as we don't have a drawer anymore. If there is going to be a drawer, it will be a modal dialog instead.
