2. Reported by: Mohamed Mohy

3. Description: No option to add profile picture despite text containing "Profile picture" being there.

4. Steps to reproduce the issue:

1- Login as admin 2- Click "Add admin" button

5. Expected result: Should have an option to add a profile picture.

It's a UX issue, admin were not intended to have profile pictures. The "Profile Picture" was not intended to be shown.

@ameniawy There is also another bug related where the admin has a profile and a profile picture that doesn't appear.
