Unresolved Questions

@stv0g Where should the configuration file be placed? It's currently just a config.yaml in the current working directory.

Looks good to me. I will merge this now and do some smaller changes myself later..

The only thing which I would change is the naming by replacing "apprise" with "notification" as I dont think the name of the package we use here is really of interest for the user.
