• Rename script apprise_service to notfier
• Add script heartbeat-sender
• Add script notebook-executor
• Add example scripts job-worker and streaming-worker
• Build Python package fully reproducible by omitting Python Wheels
• Add support for CLI arguments to various scripts

Additionally, I think we should also start adding a bit more docstrings (at least on file level) to document everything more clearly.

I fully agree. Especially since we now create HTML documentation based on those: https://seguro-projekt.github.io/Platform/api.html

And the API docs are still a bit sparse..
