Python3 support #6

Hello,

Following our need to support Python3, we upgraded the app. This PR resolves therefore one the needs in #5.

It simply needed an upgrade of the package antlr. We used the latest version (4.9.2).

Support for both Python version has been improved in v1.0.3 that was just published.
