Created three columns, change styling so it is similar to that of the old publications page. Do we need the images of the papers? If so, figure out where to get them/how to do that.

I took a look and I think the images might be more trouble than they're worth.

I assume the way that the Wordpress site works is that there's some plugin that turns the first page of the PDF into a thumbnail. I don't see a way to do that automatically with Jekyll.

We could do it manually or we could leave the images out.

I do think thumbnails would be nice to have for the publications. bedford.io's approach seems to be to manually generate 'em and reference them in the yaml for that publication's post see here.

Maybe we can scrape them from the old site?

We can suggest that publishers use imagemagick for creating these thumbnails with a std height/width example here
