The example page does not work #623

Hi, bamboo.io example page does not work: http://bamboo.io/docs/examples.html#an-interactive-map-of-the-egyptian-election

looks like the underlying dataset was deleted when bamboo.io was cleaned up, http://bamboo.io/datasets/ef16b8517c944c869c1a2765627f4aa4, @dpapathanasiou @prabhasp any way to put the raw data back up there? The ID would need to be changed here, https://github.com/SEL-Columbia/egypt-2012/blob/master/leafletmap.js#L9

@pld @mberg Do either of you know which account the formhub form with the data is in? If so, I could do this.
