"I have a date variable with the appearance set to "year" and default set to '1980-1-1'. I encountered these issues:

On FH When viewing the form from the web, I see the default value: 1979-12-31, which is a day off, and includes the month and day. When I click the widget, I only get to view a list of years, as expected. However, I expect to see only the year 1980, and not the whole date."
