Show enumerator path on map #1024

Using something like this.

https://github.com/makinacorpus/Leaflet.TextPath

Need to do a point to polyline conversion first.

Think this might already be part of leaflet though

reporter_name is a mess in all of the data that I have personally seen: the spelling variations are pretty amazing at times...

sure but you get the idea. well structured surveys will use a enumerator id
